Hello, roundcube users.
How to specify IMAP folders with names that contains non-ascii
characters? One should convert these names using mUTF7 or it is
possible to specify them as is?

Dear all,
I just discovered the password plugin that comes by default with
RC, and have enabled it. As I expected it did not work out of the box,
(mysql driver) because I know that I have to adapt the plug-in to my
particular configuration.
I have all passwords stored in a mysql backend that was configured using
postfixadmin. Is it possible, and if so does any one have any pointers,
to get RoundCube's password plug-in to work with the mysql backup as
configured with the default postfixadmin mysql set-up?

Hi All -
I've tried a million things. The Dovecot maildir issues are resolved.
No errors show up in the roundcube sql or imap logs, nor in the Apache
or Dovecot logs. As a matter of fact, the imap log shows the complete
imap transaction as functioning correctly. Yet I can't view the
contents of any mailbox or folder - I get "Server Error (OK)"
consistently. I'm assuming this is a Javascript/HTTP error of some
sort. I'm not sure where the "OK" comes from. Anyway, it's driving me
insane. Any suggestions on how to debug this?
BTW - I've upgraded to 0.52 and still have the same issue.
Roundcube - 0.52
PHP - 5.3.3
Apache - 2.2.16
Dovecot - 1.2.12

It doesn't work on Windows 7 with Chrome, Firefox or IE9. It doesn't
work on Windows XP with Firefox. It DOES work on my Blackberry browser.
It DOES work when I bring it through a proxy server like kproxy.com.
IMAP functionality appears fine - I can use Outlook as a client. That's
what is leading me to think it's some sort of Javascript issue or HTTP
protocol issue. From a perspective of blocking - I've disabled all
add-ins on the browsers and the Windows Firewall. I'm thoroughly
confused. Unfortunately, I'm not a Javascript debugger so it's tough
for me to figure out the client side.

Hi there,
I'm using your mail service and just trying to set up an email signature.
How do I put a picture/logo into a signature? It's showing up in the
'identities' editing section when I place a picture in the signature box,
but doesn't appear when I send an email.

I recently discovered a hacker (IP: 41.211.223.83)
ALL SHOULD BLACKLIST who signed on to my roundcube system
with login credentials of a legitimate user, and used
roundcube to send out 82 emails (junk "I have a proposal for
you") to hundreds of recipients EACH.
Spamming thousands of people!
I enforce SSL connectivity.
This felon logged in twice, @13:49 and 15:31. But without a
log OUT time, I can't tell if this felon sat there cutting
and pasting, or if was an automated attack.
Question: are there BOTS which can do this automatically?
This has me furious, and wonder just how anal I have to get
checking roundcube logins?

I had an old 0.2 installation that I upgraded today to 0.5.1
I followed the steps in "upgrading" but when I logged in, all my
contacts are gone, even though all the contacts are still in
the "contacts" table in the DB.
Also, when will contact export be enabled? I'm moving users from one
server to another (with differing user ids) and it would be much easier
to have them do their own export/import than trying to map user ids and
move them myself.

Not sure how this happened, but my Trash folder isn't visible anymore
on the left side of the screen near the top of my folders. I've also
checked under folders and when I try there the trash folder has no way
to empty itself. I currently have 599 emails that need to be deleted and
I'm at 84% capacity. I've even tried going between Squirrel mail and
Roundcube hoping there was some connection but there wasn't. I'd
appreciate any tips regarding this since this is used for business email
and I want to insure receipt of correspondence. Thanks!

Is there a way to create custom labels to be used in templates in
roundcube objects such as <roundcube:button command="mail"
label="custom_messages" class="button-messages" /> so that I don't
have to edit the main labels.inc file? I'm trying to avoid having to
merge files when I upgrade

hi,
i am new to webmail and am having troube installing this webmail on my server.
1) i want to know how can i make accounts on roundcube webmail?
2) i have fully installed this webmail but at the last step it told me
to test the webmail. I tried it but i still dont understand it.
3) now when ever i go to the webmail it says that the webmail can not
connect to database. And when i checked the config file it had the
correct information and when i checed the database that also had the
correct information.
since i am new can anyone please tel me how to fix these probles.
