Folders in CVS and New Identity

I am using the CVS of 5th may and have a couple of questions. When a new user account is created then when that user logs into his inbox using the cvs version, only the inbox is subscribed, the sent and the trash folder are not. This creates a problem when deleting messages which gives an error and the message doesnt get deleted. However, sending an email does creat the sent folder. There is no such problem in the 0.1 beta. When a new account is created and the user logs in to rc beta, all three folders are there. Secondly, is there any way to auto populate the email field in the new identity page of roundcube? I want to automatically field the email field while creating a new identity with the username (i.e. the email address) of the user logged in. Is it possible? Hope someone comes up with a solution. Regards, Nipun Jain. PS: I noticed that cvs for rc has been discontinued in favor of svn. But how to download the latest svn? I could not find any tarball or any other archive in the svn tree, only the individual files. So do I have to download all the rc files individually from the svn?

Refresh issue on the 05 05 2006 CVS that's not a cache setting?

Good morning list, I installed the 0505CVS a few days ago, so far to excellent reviews (especially the spellchecker)... however, clicking to individual folders does not show that folders contents -- including going BACK to the inbox, it shows as empty. I remember this in the alpha days as being a cache issue, as I assumed -- so I turned Cache to false in the main.inc.php file -- didn't help. I turned the cache life to 10 seconds, didn't help (though I figured irrelevant after I turned off the cache, figured it'd be worth a shot). I deleted all the mysql databases, and reinstalled it again and tried it, but still no viewing. Is this something that others are seeing? The beta doesn't seem to have this issue, so I can roll it back, but just inquiring. Thanks, any suggestions as to areas I'm missing is appreciated.

Save Contacts To Addressbook

Hi, I'am installed the latest RoundCube version, very nice webmail! But I can't save any contact/addresses to the Addressbook. Could anyone help me with this problem? Regards, Timme

Empty inbox?

Hei, After installing the latest CVS I got a big problem: When entering my account I see the mails in my inbox. But when I select one of the mailboxen (e.g. sent) it don't show me the mails in it. The same when I click inbox again. Do anybody know about this bug?

Timezone problem?

Hei, I have a problem with the timezone. I'm from Denmark - +1:00 GTM. I the main.inc.php the timezone is set to 1, and the same in the personal settings. But everytime when I recive an email the time is allways a hour too late. Eg. if somebody are sending me an email at 9:00 I see 8:00 in my inbox. If I set the timezone to 2 it works, but I don't like that solution. The clock on my Windows Server 2003 are correct - and timezone 1. PS. Sorry for my english. Danish letters?

Hei, I have a problem with the danish letters æ, ø and å. This letters looks crazy in the inbox, and in the header of the mail (subject etc.). There are no problems in the body of the mail. Can anybody help me? postgres/roundcube configuration fix

i recently installed roundcube using postgresql as my backend and developed the blank page problem that i saw several times in the forums: DB Error: DB Error: connect failed in /var/www/html/roundcube/program/include/rcube_db.inc on line 97 postgresql, in my setting, was running on the same box that my web server was running. i knew the connection worked fine because i have a substantial codebase that was working fine. however, i wasn't using pear. i was connecting via unix sockets. thus, my connection string in the config file had to look like: $rcmail_config['db_dsnw'] = 'pgsql://username:password@unix(/tmp)/databasename'; the @unix(/tmp) was the key. hopefully, this will help someone in the future. mike __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
