Hi, yes there is an option in config/main.inc.php

// replace Roundcube logo with this image
// specify an URL relative to the document root of this Roundcube installation
$rcmail_config['skin_logo'] = 'https://images.<yourdomain>.com/<logo_file>.png';

It also works if you want to point it at a different server.
