The 0.1beta version does not support DST but if you check out a copy from CVS you will get DST support. For now you will have to increase your timezone by one hour.
Also, I'm seeing weird timewarp issues with certain users. Their date shows up as 1969 in my inbox. What causes this?
If the message contains an invalid time format in the date header, RoundCube might fail to parse it.
