This email took a few days to get through and as such, I've solved this issue. My host only allows me to logon with my internal mailbox name and NOT my email address...

I've just installed roundcube and have got "Username", "Password" and "hostname" fields and I keep getting this error message: IMAP Error in (): Authentication failed (LOGIN): "a001 NO Login failed."
Can anyone tell me what this means and how I can get rid of the hostname field?
