Thank you for your help.  I have looked through the Roundcube options and can not find where to configure the http_received_header config option.   Can you tell me where to find that so I can enable it?

However, Roundcube has the http_received_header config option. When
enabled Received header with client IP address will be added to the sent
message headers.
