Try lowering the error level (to like level 1). That info at the top is what's causing the trouble, it's being sent before the headers. I'm pretty sure it's an error level thing.

Anybody have any idea about this latest little set-back?

I'm running dovecot 1.0.beta3-1, could that be causing roundcube to choke?
