This is a hack, but try connecting to your imap server with Thunderbird. It should create the Drafts, Sent, and Trash folders.
Then connect again with Roundcube and view folder preferences to ensure you are subscribed to those special folders.
Also search the history of this mailing lists, I think this has been discussed before.
