You mean, the UI doesn't become consistent if you simply refresh the window with your browser's refresh command? You absolutely must log out and log back in?
Every version of RCU I have ever used since 0.3 something has occasionally had the UI become iinconsistent, like sometimes showing (1) when everything is already read.
But, come to think of it, I've never used a Java-scripted web app anywhere that doesn't have glitches of this sort from time to time, benefiting from a refresh of the browser window.
