Hi,

There are various extensions which you can use, by just patching some of the files. Look at two methods - purely JavaScript and purely PHP. I've found in some circumstances that the JavaScript implementations mean less time modifying code and keeping track of the various changes you have made to each file, for means of updating to a more recent CVS.

Here's one to have a look at: http://osdir.com/ml/mail.roundcube.devel/2007-01/msg00093.html

Ronald.

Hello,

I am new to Roundcube and have one question: what should I do to force my
FireFox 2.0.0.4 to keep my login and (hopefully) password when I want to
read mail.

Right now I have to type email and pass each time I log in. I am not sure
why FF does not want to remember these details. I have no problem about
saving login details with Squirrelmail, for example. Same with IE really,
although I do not use it on a daily basis.

I use default FF options. Any hints appreciated!

Warm regards,
