Thank you for your help. I have looked through the Roundcube options and can not find where to configure the http_received_header config option. Can you tell me where to find that so I can enable it?

roundcube or not does not matter here this informations are added by the MTA and not roundcube people should learn ro read mail headers :-)
from the source view of your message with roundcube displayed: Received: from [99.129.244.243] by web140401.mail.bf1.yahoo.com via HTTP;
the "via HTTP" shows clearly that you used yahoo-webmail
However, Roundcube has the http_received_header config option. When enabled Received header with client IP address will be added to the sent message headers.
