Friend,
The filters the one that if it relates are filters of emails created by the proper user. This type of filter still does not exist in RoundCube.
This type of filter exists in the SquirrelMail as plugin.
Of any form, you it can create valid filters for all users, using maildrop. As for example to send the SPAMs for Junk folder of the RoundCube.
