Hello Das,
maybe the hint is a little late.
We discussed the font problematic end of 2013. Someone asked how to add fonts to roundcube.
This was an answer:
"Roundcube uses some standard fonts (see config/main.inc.php)
// Default font for composed HTML message.
// Supported values: Andale Mono, Arial, Arial Black, Book Antiqua, Courier New,
// Georgia, Helvetica, Impact, Tahoma, Terminal, Times New Roman, Trebuchet MS, Verdana
$rcmail_config['default_font'] = '';
But, Roundcube uses TinyMCE editor ( program/js/tiny_mce/ )
And you can extend TinyMCE with custom fonts.

And Sven added to the answer:
"Beware: If the recipient of the mail does not have the font used, the mail will look different than you might think it will look."
So, you have to add your own fonts to TinyMCE.
