Thanks for the hint. And does CKeditor provide a similar feature set
as TinyMCE? I guess downgrading the formatting abilities would cause
another load of user support requests...

Just a quick browse seems to suggest CKeditor is more advanced than TinyMCE. It even supports inline editing. Maybe cool for autoreply templates. It has hundreds of plugins, is themeable, etc.
