This is what expected... I'm a Windows only guy ;-)
At the moment, I'm using the MyRoundcube plugins for CalDav and CardDav combined with Radicale as server. It's a nice little lightweight CalDav Server also running on Windows. The only problem is that MyRoundcube does not exist anymore (as mentioned in my other mail). So I'm pretty much stuck with what I have now (no updates and stuff anymore).

It is freeware and open source. No, Kolab does not work on Windows as it uses components like postfix or cyrus-imap. The Calendar plugin itself should work on Windows, but the point is to have the whole suite with Activesync/DAV components, right? And these will not work without Kolab (at least not without heavy changes in code).

Yes. There's also commercial version with support from http://kolabsystems.com and hosted service at http://kolabnow.com.
