Greetings,

Today one of my Roundcube users complained of being unable to send an email.  The error log showed the following:

Looking back further in the logs I see that it has happened at least once before as well.

I saw an old entry in TRAC about non-ascii chars in attachment names and database encoding, but this isn't that.  Our db (PostgreSQL) is already UTF8.

What else could this be?
