While I wouldn't have stated it as bluntly as Harald did, he is right. This list is not the correct place to ask the question.
The managesieve plugin does not perform the filtering. It is a tool to allow a user to configure sieve services on the IMAP server to do the filtering. For that to happen, the IMAP server must have sieve support installed and configured. That must be done and tested before there is any hope of using the filter settings from the plugin.
