Cannot reproduce this. Tested with a "Standard"-PDF and with one
containing form fields. Using Chrome on Ubuntu 12.04, roundcube 0.8.1 on
OpenBSD on server side.

                       server FreeBSD 9.0 with roundcube 0.8.1 / nginx / php-fpm
