If you really deleted some e-mails that you would like to restore, the only way is to ask the administrator of the mail server to restore the files from backup. This is not an easy operation. Naively restoring your entire mailbox database to a prior state will delete your new mails. Therefore, if the admin is willing to take the time to do this for you, you should buy them lunch.
