OK, using "Larry" I just forwarded your reply to my private email, and

RC shows forwarded with the right arrow.

 

with that frame open, use chromes "inspect" , this is pretty good at

showing the red errors, usually, I find when things don't show it's

because of some change in the CSP, or like this, it could be the clients

environment, have them try a different modern browser.

 

I also suggest you check webmail_root/logs/ directory for error logs

etc. also check web servers logs, check the access and error log.
