I am using RC 1.1.4

I have a strange problem with one of my users.

Every mail from specific domain goes to Junk folder.

This user has no filter at all in his configuration.

I verified that no other devices are accessing this account (smartphone, workstation) (I was wondering about some client level rules)

How can I troubleshooting this?
