I'm not familiar with the namespace command, but if it wasn't working properly, it shouldn't see the shared folder in roundcube. right ?
It should probably return:
- NAMESPACE (("INBOX." ".")) (("user." ".")) (("shared." "."))
So, maybe you should ask on cyrus' mailing-list.
