Hi, when I have a lot of emails in my box, I don't see scroll bar when I use mobile devices (Android, iOS). The scrollbar is present when I use any browser on the PC. And I cannot scroll to another mails on those mobile devices, because they have touch display used for scrolling the whole display, so the scrollbar is really needed.
Regards, Tomas

This is a known issue. There's a ticket for this in bugtracker.
Roundcube default skin(s) aren't designed for such devices. I have no such device too, so I'll not help you with this issue.

I'm sure, that you don't need it, the same way as I don't. But there are some of our customers, that use RCU this way, don't ask me why and I'm unable to explain to them, that the should use the preinstalled mail app to access the mail. But I think, that the RCU should be as compatible as possible (if mobile devices don't break the compability with public standards).

in iphone i would not like the results on screen rendered anyway, thats why i think iphone should use imap protocol not http protocol with such small screen as a iphone have, my own custommers have succes with all there apple here :)

I switched from really old version of Imp to RCU and I don't know the "mimp" - I suppose this is a mobile version of Imp? If so, I think we don't need it, because newer mobile devices are quick and usable enough for almost all modern web pages. I think we should only to show the scroll bars and nothing else.

On iPad at least you can scroll the foldertree (and the mail overview, and the mail preview) if you start scrolling with two fingers instead of one (RCU 0.6). This takes some getting used to.

even my nokia have power enough, but screen sise is the main problem i share with iphones :/

it could be a "mimp" template for mobile devices, or if possible one that is selected if screensize is under 800x480 ?

Yes, I read about this just after the ALEC's first post in this topic. I did not try this on iPad, but on iPhone and it seemed not to be working well, because of the way how iPhone's touch display works.

Maybe this is the way. I think we should avoid to force people with iPads or other tablets to use mobile version of RCU. These devices have display large enough to show properly all the things present on webpage and can be comfortable on normal "big" pages.
But the showed scroll bar is the simplest way. If we have the scroll bar, I could say to the customer "yes, You can use it", now I can say him "Yes, You can use it, but sometimes it's useless (regardless how large your display is), because the scroll bar is missing".
It's not an easy modification of CSS style? (I'm not CSS programmer)
