After some testing i got a few suggestions:

1.I think it would be quite comfortable to have the "new message"-button also present when actually viewing a message. Or even better, having an completely editable menu-bar?

with roundcube's design is trivial to add and customize your toolbar from the skin files.

2.Actions for multiple messages (like moving 10 message to a different folder, marking them read/imporant...)

3.The abillity to sort the folders as i like (e.g. the important ones at the top..)

4.reading a signature from a file on the server (i have mine in ~/fortunesig)

Thats all i could think of now, great work so far!

i think you should express you wished on the sf.net project page there should be a feature request section.
