in IMAP all clients are using the same folders
you only need to configure outlook with IMAP and configure roundcube to use the same sent folder as outlook (stupidity not all clients are using simply "sent", especially apple ones)

in windows 7 there is no outlook, i still wonder why microsoft dont want it anymore
there was never outlook in ANY windows version but since the OP's question contains "outlook" it is clear he owns MS office
