I hope I can help, I have installed Roundcube on a Linux server, until a couple of weeks everything worked properly but I'm not getting any mail, if I can send but not receive, it may be happening?

espero me puedan ayudar, tengo instalado Roundcube en un servidor Linux, hasta hace un par de semanas todo funcionaba correctamente pero ahora no recibo ningún correo, si puedo enviar pero no recibir, que puede estar pasando??

This is not a roundcube issue, as roundcube is just an interface to an ACTUAL mail server.
What mailserver software are you using ?

roundcube is just a mailclient, if it does not work in roundcube is there another mailclient it works in ?, so first show logs it works on another mailclient, and then we can start debug roundcube fails
Sorry, the solution was to open ports in the firewall, I do not administer the firewall and that's why I could not find the solution, but it was.
