Problem solved
I was using firefox 2.0. I tryied IE 6 and Firefox 1.5.0.7 and they showed plain text messages correctly. So empty cache, deleted cookies and stuff. it's working in my firefox 2.0 now.

Try using Beta 2 instead. With thomas travelling, the bugs in the SVN are not being fixed as fast as they should be.

Plain text messages, no matter if they come from other mail servers or my owns server, do not break lines.
For example. If I check the original mail it shows like this:

yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
But if I see this message using roundcube it is shown like this:
xxxxxxx yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
html messages are shown properly
