Using a build from the last week or so, hitting the Reply button does
not prepopulate the Subject field nor the Recipient field, though the
message text gets quoted. Can someone confirm this? Before I
download another nightly build can someone tell me if this is fixed
already?

This doesn't happen for me, I'm at revision 460.
But it could also be a problem on your side. Clearing the browser cache often remedies irregular roundcube behaviour after upgrading.

I see the same problem that Chris Jett is reporting. I am using
roundcubemail-nightly-20070108.
RC is running on PHP 5.2.0 on Mac OS X 10.4.8 (Intel).
The problem seems to be browser/OS independent.

I have not had this issue.
You may want to try and download another copy of the nightly build or try a stable.
