Hi, please can someone explain how I can redirect emails from my webmail.gridhost account to a gmail account? I need more folders than are available on here! Thanks very much, Rochelle
Since roundcube is only a webmail CLIENT, you will have to do the redirection your server. Depending on your settings (most people use cpanel), you can login to your account and search for forwarding options somewhere.
Roundcube can’t redirect emails automatically.

You can do that with sieve filters. It's server side, but once you know how to use it, that's awesome. Plus, there's the managesieve roundcube plugin which is awesome
Thanks very much for your replies. I've done it! Phew :)
