I'm not sure that one instance of RC can support several domains. In order to support mails several domains, your mailserver needs to be configured that way. RC is basically a web frontend to it. Another thing you can do is to install several instances of RC to support different domains.

Roundcube is only a web interface to a mail server, and not an actual mail server. Your Mail Server needs to be setup in order to handle multiple domains, then roundcube can support accessing those multiple domains on your server.
