Hi all
I discovered a problem with my Roundcube 0.3 installation. When I log into Roundcube, my Inbox always seems to be empty (number of unread mails on the left is missing and no mails are shown in the message list on the right). I first have to switch to another mailboxfolder and than back to my Inbox to see my mails in the Inbox.
Sometimes, also the shown number of unread mails of my Inbox in the folder overview on the left differs from the real number of unread mails in the inbox shown in the mailbox list view in the right top window.
Is there anything I can do to get rid of this problem? At the moment, I changed back to Roundcube 0.2.2. There, these problems do not exist.
Thanks for any help.

I made some screenshots of this. Please take a look at http://www.leichsenring.net/screenshots/screenshot1.png http://www.leichsenring.net/screenshots/screenshot2.png http://www.leichsenring.net/screenshots/screenshot4.png
After I switched to another mailboxfolder and then back to Inbox, the number of unread mails is displayd correct, as shown at http://www.leichsenring.net/screenshots/screenshot3.png
Hi,
do you have the caching-option enabled? If yes, switch it off and try again.

This is described in this ticket http://trac.roundcube.net/ticket/1486104
What is your IMAP server? Did you checked with enable_caching=false? Did you try with current svn-trunk version? Enable imap_debug option and sent IMAP conversation debug here.

Yes, it's enables by default. If I switch caching off it seems to work properly. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for this info. I didn't know that this was already reported.
What is your IMAP server?
Dovecot 1.0.15 on Debian Lenny.
Did you checked with enable_caching=false?
Yes, than it seems to work properly.
Did you try with current svn-trunk version?
Not yet.
Enable imap_debug option and sent IMAP conversation debug here.
I will do, but I need some time.
Thanks for your help.
There are times when I click to read an email the compose window comes up instead. Since I noticed this I have been very careful to click the proper place and it still happens.
Not a terrible thing, but irritating. What can I do ??
Thanks from a long time user.

Fixed in r2987. This fix also improves performance of caching operations.
