Currently it's not possible. I'm working on implementing TinyMCE's "fullpage" plugin, where it's possible, but it has some bugs, so you'll need to wait some time.

Meanwhile, perhaps it is possible to modify email body's template at source code? So everybody edit a new email and font is already set.
