Frank,
There are two different vacation plugins for RC. In my experience, one works fine with Larry, but has limited drivers for writing the vacation files, so I had to fix the other one. (I tried to contact the original developer, to no avail.) I can't remember exactly what I ended up with in the CSS, but it works. Email me off-list and I'll send you a link where my modified version can be downloaded.

thanks for using opensource, with secret download urls :(
Ouch, that hurts, Benny. My concern is that I'm not totally comfortable that my solution is elegant. I gave some though to forking the current version, but I'm not really a "developer" and don't know if I would be able to support something like this going forward, either.
All that said, I appreciate your concern, so I will take a look back at what I did and post the diff here instead.

Turns out it wasn't CSS, it was the HTML template I modified. I'm going to try to attach the modified file, which needs to replace
<rc-root>/plugins/vacation/skins/default/templates/vacation.html
I find I also duped the plugin's skins/default directory into skins/larry, I don't know if that was really necessary or not.
I also don't know if this list will allow attachments, so if the attachment doesn't come through I will reply with the file in the body of the email.

I've tried your revised template, and it seems to work for me also. Thanks for sharing! Micha
