None come immediately to mind, but I admit that I haven't looked recently. We abandoned the idea of using custom skins once we discovered how tied to versions and plugin use they are. If a security patch is released, I don't want to be forced to choose between security and a skin.
Did you backup your database prior to the upgrade? If so, I think I'd rollback to 0.8.whatever if the mobile skin is mission-critical. Then you could set up a parallel 0.9.1 instance to debug the skin issues.
