Hi, We are experiencing a big problem when sending mass emails. We are sending 500 e mails daily and we noticed that after the 1st 100 e mails all the rest of e mails are returning to sender. We do not exceed the max ammount of 200 e-mails per sent mass email. Please we need urgent support with his issues, as we are in the middle of an important marketing campaing. Looking forward to any sugestions you may have. Thanks Carmen

roundcube is not a maillist server, ask your maillist admins to get support, if you have problems with roundcube ask here, did you send 200 or more mails from an address group in roundcube ?
be more verbose what problem you like to resolve

roundcube supports address groups with might have more then one recipient, dont blame anyone that its not dukumented, aslong none knows what sender did have problems with, stop blaming senders
Roundcube is only an INTERFACE and not the actual email service.
Roundcube is a client that connects to your EMAIL SERVER and displays your emails. The emails are NEVER contained into roundcube.

"all the rest of e mails are returning to sender" is there is something BOUNCING and i blame senders as long they are not provide any useful information and rely on glassballs of others
Hello,
Here a suggestion. How about incorporating some kind of verification email after the users' first email?
Something stating some obvious facts (like roundcube being only a client) to the user and asking him simply to reply if he has some other issue that is actually rcube related?
Again, this should be done only on first hit (new users only) and not on 2nd and so on..
My two cents..

me too, i hope somewhere in the universe intelligence exists, on the earth it seems not to be the case since every day to count of users which are unable to unsubscribe from lists, start a thread with a minimum of information or anythign sueful or even not now what the software they are using is written for is growing
if you are a ordinary user why in the world is your first step to solve a problem is to post it in a upstream-list for admins instead to your ISP?

You're probably running into an anti-spam measure set up by your ISP.
If you continue, your account will likely be terminated.
How dare you even ask for help among honest people, god-damned spammer ...

Don't be a douche, anyone who thinks 500 emails/day is "mass" is no spammer.
