Hi,
Its quite odd, my session seems to expire whether I am clicking on things or not around the same time. I have this variable set in the config file:-
$rcmail_config['session_lifetime'] = 60;
My session seems to last around 5 minutes I think. Then I get the red box saying my session is invalid or expired. Has anyone got any ideas... Its not just when I am writing an email. This time I was clicking around the options etc..
Matt

That's probably correct behavior, assuming that "actively using roundcube" means editing an email. If you are clicking roundcube buttons, changing folders, changing settings, hitting Send, etc. and it's logging you out, then there's a problem.
The issue is that, especially with AJAX, if you're just editing a message, until you press "Send" roundcube has no idea that you're using it. You're just playing with a text box on your local machine. So, if you take a long time to type the message, then it could easily expire while you're typing. Set it to something like 60 minutes and you'll probably not have a problem.

Hello All,
I seem to have a problem with my session expiring in the middle of an email and it appears to log me out. Should the session expire if I am still actively using roundcubemail. I know there is a setting in the config file. I could increase this setting to double the ammount it is set to now. Am I doing something wrong or is this correct behaviour?
Cheers, Matt
