I can't remember if this option used to be available but for some time I haven't been able to view PDF attachments in another tab - now I only get the option to Save the PDF to disk. I have tried both Chrome and FireFox with no difference and there are no errors in the Apache logs - what I am missing?

It appears that different PDFs are behaving differently - some DO actually give the option of opening in another window (as well as the saving option) - why are some PDFs working and some not?

This likely depends on attachment Content-Type.
