Hi,
I like to use the roundcube as a webmail client. However, since my mailserver runs on windows XP, hence just wonder if roundcube can also be run on windows OS.
Thank you in advance and look forward to hearing from you

I've run RoundCube on Windows accessing external servers for a few weeks now (0.1 beta). I don't know about interacting with IIS mail server, but I can't see why it wouldn't, as long as it's standard imap/pop server....

I run RoundCube on Windows under IIS... it was a hassle configuring PHP correctly, but it works. I don't know why attachments don't show up most of the time or if it's related to my configuration. IIS does not have an IMAP or POP3 server, it only has an SMTP server. Windows 2003 Advanced Server has a built-in POP3 server, but Windows XP only has what IIS has to offer and is not even available with Windows XP Home, only with Pro.
I use hMailServer, open source free email server for Windows. http://www.hmailserver.com. It's a pretty basic mail server and I had to set up SpamAssassin under CygWin since it has no built-in spam protection other than blacklists and tarpitting.
