Neither attachment with chinese filename at new mail composing nor forwarding a mail with chinese filename attachment can't be handled correctly. The chinese part in attachment filename will miss.

And mail with a part of type "Content-Type: message/rfc822" can't be forwarded correctly. This part will miss while forwarding.
