Every time I try to log on to the site to check mail I get an error message saying, “There is a problem with this web site’s security certificate,” is there a fix for this? I attach a screen capture of the error message. I am running Windows 7 and using Internet Explorer 9.

ssl certs is entirely the webhost problem to solve, roundcube is just a webpage like all others, so write to webmaster where roundcube is installed

What site? Your attachment did not make it trough the mailing list.
Do you have a secure site for your RoundCube installation?
Browsers warn about self-signed security certificates; is that what this is about?
You have to tell your browser to accept your site's certificate.
How this is done is browser specific. In the case of Explorer, you can import the certificate into the Windows certificate store. (How this is done is beyond the scope of the Round Cube mailing list.)
Firefox maintains some kind of store and has a way to just let you accept a certificate (either temporarily for that session, or permanently).
