Hi. First, I have my inbox messages threaded. Next, my company uses Jira (https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira) as our ticket tracking software. Whenever a ticket is updated, a corresponding e-mail is sent out to everyone involved on the ticket. What puzzles me is that when I receive one of these e-mails, all the previous corresponding e-mails show up underneath it -- not the way that threaded messages do, where you need to click the drop-down, just below it. This means that e-mails that are days or even months old show up on top of ones I might have received five minutes ago. Here's an example: http://milliways.jots.org/~ken/nothread.png
So -- where would I go about fixing the criteria for threading?
Roundcube is clearly recognizing these messages as related, but isn't
treating them as a proper thread. I either want it to ignore the older
ones, or thread them, but not this weird in-between thing.
Thanks,
-Ken
P.S. My Roundcube is 0.95, and works flawlessly otherwise.
