preliminary changes for crypt plugin

hello, i already wrote about developing a crypt/gpg plugin for roundcube to this list in the past. in my eyes several issues need to be adressed in roundcube core before it's possible to implement the plugin itself. i'll try to list all showstoppers that i discovered so far ... - the plugin needs access to the raw message body in order to verify signatures - inline pgp signed/encrypted messages have to be detected and handed over to a hook in function parse_structure() at rcube_messsage.php - verifying signed messages and decrypting encrypted messages needs to be done by seperate hooks: message_part_signed and message_part_encrypted i tried to adress these with the attached patch. please review and comment on it. it would be awesome if it could be integrated upstream later. unfortunately there s one big issue left which my patch doesn't adress yet. the reason is simply that i don't have a clue about what to do about it. i would highly appreciate help from roundcube core developers here :-) - read a text string (i.e. a decrypted message) into a mime parser and return mime structure and mime parts. mime parsing is closely combined with the IMAP code in roundcube. the mime parsing is done by the IMAP server and roundcube fetches structure and parts from it. so far there's no way to process a text string with mime parsing code. unfortunately that's required for processing encrypted messages, as the decrypted, possibly mime-formated message is only available as text string. i don't know how it's done for composed/sent messages, but i guess that their structure needs to be parsed as well in order to upload them to a send/drafts/... folder. greetings, jonas --- 8< --- detachments --- 8< --- The following attachments have been detached and are available for viewing. http://detached.gigo.com/rc/YT/kce4cTdE/rcube_message.php.diff http://detached.gigo.com/rc/YT/kce4cTdE/signature.asc Only click these links if you trust the sender, as well as this message. --- 8< --- detachments --- 8< --- _______________________________________________ List info: http://lists.roundcube.net/dev/

SpamAssassin Mark as Junk plugin new function

Hi! I've made some changes on plugin "SpamAssassin Mark as Junk". - added new option 'samarkasjunk_msgdir' : messages placed here with special filename even if no learn commands definied. Spam could be learned by a cron job. Useful when exec() is disabled in PHP or You want immediate response from RoundCube GUI. See option comment for details. - added Hungarian localisation. If you simply mean that two states of a three-state switch look identically while third shown things in reverse, then it is OK. And, I seen thread controls on your previous screenshots. It seems to be superseded by last changes in trunk. I didn't realized that while porting to the newest version. This issue is being discussed at dev list right now by the original patch author (Chris January) and RC core devs (I'm only porting it to current SVN from time to time and adding some fixes, bells and whistles ;) , changes set is available in my posts to dev list). I still force to not use this 'default' > stuff. Sorting ~30,000 threads with ~60,000 messages in them takes in the order of minutes on my machine. ISO to UTF-8 mapping errors

authenticate plugin hook and host parameter

Heya all, I am trying to develop a plugin that would change the default_host config variable. The issue is quite similar to following thread: http://lists.roundcube.net/mail-archive/dev/2009-09/0000049.html If I set up the authenticate plugin hook, the return host value, should also be listed in config.inc.php (reference: program/include/rcmail.php line 439), so that means that if I have multiple IMAP backends, all of them must be listed in config.inc.php default_host variable. Meanwhile, that means that on login page drop down box appears (loginform object in rcube_template.php). So, is there a way to skip server drop down box on login page and properly use authenticate hook to set up the host parameter. If this is not possible, I would omit host parameter in authenticate hook, since it cannot be altered. Pedro R. Benito da Rocha made a good suggestion that 'skip dialog' config option could be present and used in rcube_template.php to skip server box display.
