I upgraded all the PEAR modules and installed PEAR_Frontend_Gtk and PEAR_Frontend_Web as they were suggested for the PEAR upgrade. Yes it's possible just remember you need to modify both common.css and mail.css. common.css handles the background where we can choose a picture instead of a bg color. Wish I had time or I would write it now. They don't actually have to be separate files. Theme Ideas.....

Hey All, I'm going to give it a shot in makin' a couple diffrent themes for this webmail system using the default theme. I just wanted to know if there were anyone that was wanting a certain theme made so I could do it for them. The theme I'm making for my self is more likely going to be a Matrix Theme or Xbox theme which I'm sure isn't the taste of everyone else so give me a theme to make that everyone would like such as Olive Green just like in Thunderbird or Outlook etc... Then I will try and give it a shot :) Cheers! blob

Backgrounds and background color are held within the common.css %s/mail.css/common.css/ if you are looking to modify the background and tables etc... This will change text and list box behaviours. I just now installed the Webmail system... I like it! Now I wonder where I can get addons for it such as a filter or more themes and plug-ins etc... for it. Cheers! Jason

I'd be interested to know if this is fixed in the CVS version already, but I've discovered the problem that I was having with my RoundCube installation (I'm using Courier IMAP, btw). I haven't looked in to why, but the problem is in the set_flag method in rcube_imap. Basically, it looks as though the method for setting a flag is causing Courier (and thus RoundCube) to freeze. I removed the content and did a "return true" and I can now read emails without a problem - but they obviously always show as unread ;) Hope that's of use to someone. Courier support?

Hi, I've installed RoundCube, and works ok, except by the fact it doesn't show the body of the emails. I suspect it can be a problem with the Courier-IMAP server. Actually, the theme and plugin API are seperate. The plugin API, i think, just provides hooks for plugins to execute their functions throughout their programs. The theme api basically consists of xml template tags inbetween xhtml, so I don't think that the plugin api will affect the themes. Anybody working on and/or interested in a preview pane like outlook and thunderbird? I don't have the skills to code it at the moment (although I may be learning more to help with this project) but it is definitely something I would like to see. ~Dianoga
