Attached the Dutch translation. Apart from adding the empty labels I fixed some consistency issues, and I also corrected some small typos. I checked the changes with Justin van Beusekom, the person who submitted the translation the last time.

Congratulations on the new release. Unfortunately, the Dutch translations were not applied to SVN. Can anyone make sure they get applied? -- Michiel
