When I delete an unread message it moves apropriatly to the trash folder, however the unread message count for the folder does not get updated. If I log in with SquirelMail it also shows the wrong message count for the folder until I open it at which point it properly refreshes the number of unread messages and when I log back in to RC the unread count is refreshed there as well. Any ideas? System: Apache 1.3 Php 4.4 IMAP courier latest RC cvs

About Squirrelmail, I guess you are forgotting to "Check mail" (top of the left frame). Squirrelmail works in different frames, so you need to "refresh" the left frame after deleting thew file.

RoundCube sends an EXPUNGE command right after deleting a message in order to have it really deleted and not just marked as deleted. I think it's part of the IMAP server to update the message count after this.

Any ideas why this wouldn't be working for me if I attempt to delete more than 5 messages?
I'm running the version off of the CVS tree. The IMAP server appears to be Courier-IMAP.
