Hey guys (again),
I have been losing e-mails as a result of using the 'reply-to' button, the original message seems to be being deleted?
Anyone encountered this? They seem to be being permanently deleted and are not being moved to trash and I can't even access them using Thunderbird, so it doesn't appear to be a RCW message display error, they are really being deleted!
Hope you can help!
Richard
Hi Richard!
I´m having the same problem, since trunk version 358 (I think) I´ve already posted it on this list, but I´ve got no return.. It would be fine if anyone knows how to fix it... The problem occurs when forwarding emails too.
Krishna

Could this be something specific to your setup? I am not seeing this problem when I reply to or forward messages.
I am using SVN r360 of RoundCube with Courier IMAP 4.1.1 and PHP 5.1.6 on Apache 2.2.3.
I tried this with and without the HTML editor in Firefox 1.5.0.7, IE 6.0 SP2 (Fully patched), and IE 7.0. I tried forwarding and replying, I tried opening the message first and performing the action from the main message list. No matter what I try it doesn't delete my message (unless I click delete, of course.)
It might help if, along with providing which SVN revision you are using, you provide your IMAP server type/version, PHP version, Apache version, browser being used, some RC settings such as HTML or plain text editor, etc. It's better to have too much information about the setup than not enough!

Hello,
Apologies for the delay, but I am still having the problem. Problem appears on FF2/IE6. Upgraded to the latest version of RCW, built a fresh database too.
My Web server details are:
Apache/2.0.55 (Debian) DAV/2 SVN/1.2.3 mod_python/3.1.3 Python/2.3.5 PHP/5.1.4-0.1 mod_ssl/2.0.55 OpenSSL/0.9.8c mod_perl/2.0.2 Perl/v5.8.8
I am using the latest versions of Courier-IMAP as my mail server and Exim4 as the MTA.
Hope you can help!
Richard
Hi all,
This is a general problem introduced with revision 320 and is mostly my fault. I fixed it in rev. 363 (http://trac.roundcube.net/trac.cgi/changeset/363).
Please update your installation with the latest SVN version.
Sorry for that! Thomas
