Anything in the roadmap to try and implement a draft autosave similar to what gmail has done? That would be one killer feature that I don't know if I've seen in any of the other webmail apps.

Squirrel has this, it uses JavaScript. Perhaps we could use some of this code here?

First of all, we have to implement the possibility to save a message with all attachments as draft and re-open it for editing. If this is done, we can start talking about auto-saving.
