I understand that RoundCube is built by a community of programmers.
I am not a programmer but would love to add some features to RoundCube.
I use the version of RoundCube that comes with my website hosting package.
Is it possible to pay a programmer to make changes to RoundCube that will flow through to all the Linux servers out there that offer RoundCube?
How would I find a programmer that knew enough to do this?
Kind regards, Chris Hodson

I think here's the best place. Just write what features you want. Maybe some of them are currently implemented in svn-trunk version (we've got a big progress since Plugin API has been implemented). If someone will be interested in work on them, he'll contact you. Any programmer can create patches, we'll verify them and include to svn repository. It's possible to create a plugin which you can share with anybody and it doesn't need to be included into our source repository.
