Hi,
This change is a little weird, tab not longer selects the contact-- it just goes to subject leaving the first few chars you typed in the To field. http://trac.roundcube.net/changeset/5252 [1]

We'll work on this, the main idea for the change was to fix issue where TAB key was starting autocomplete request instead of jumping to next form field.
