What does not work? Any errors in log? Enable debug in plugin.

Just check managesieve plugin's config file. You'll find debug and port options.

hi,
the relevant part is this:
managesieve-login: Error: dovecot/managesieve-login: error while loading shared libraries: libdovecot-login.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
You have a broken dovecot installation, there is probably nothing to do with Roundcube. I suggest you to revert to the last working packages.

As Pete wrote , this is a dovecot problem, not a Roundcube one. (And in one of your earlier posts, you mentioned that the Thunderbird plugin doesn't work either, which confirms that the problem is server-side, not client-side).
Maybe this can give you some further hints: http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.mail.imap.dovecot/50792
